Seller Side Conveyancing
- We take care of clearing the Title Requirements for your sellers.
- Review the Title Commitment
- Order tax certifications, payoffs, judgment payoffs, final utility certifications, and any other certifications needed for closing are ordered.
- Distribute them to all parties for Settlement. Confirming that the deposits are received by the listing broker or the Title Company on the correct time-frames.
- Settlement coordination

Buyer Side Coordination
- We coordinate ordering your buyers Title Insurance for you
- Review the commitment

- We will help schedule inspections by working directly with the buyer, seller and inspectors.
